CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend the scheduled class, the registration may be transferred one time to another available Heart Start Mobile CPR class with at least 24 hours’ notice. The transferred registration must be used within 90 days of the original class date.
Participants who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide the required notice will forfeit their registration fee. A new registration and payment will be required to attend another class.
If Heart Start Mobile CPR cancels a class, participants may transfer their registration to another available class or receive a full refund.
If possible, I would like customers to acknowledge this cancellation/rescheduling policy during the booking/payment process.
COURSE TERMS
Registration and payment reserve the participant’s place in the selected BLS class. Successful course completion and certification depend upon meeting the applicable course requirements. Payment and attendance alone do not guarantee successful completion or certification.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration/contact information and arriving on time and prepared to participate in the complete course.
Class dates, times, and locations are subject to availability. Heart Start Mobile CPR reserves the right to reschedule a class when necessary.
